Aventura is a full-service building professionally managed by FirstService Residential with a dedicated on-site staff of seven. One of the most visible services enjoyed by Aventura residents is our concierge team, which includes four members. The concierge desk is staffed Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays and noon to 4:00 pm on Sundays.
The Aventura concierge team receives guests and alerts you to their arrival. They will give access to your residence for a housekeeper or contractor if you instruct them to do so. Outside concierge hours, an entry phone system allows visitors to announce themselves and for you to grant them access and unlock the entry door from your phone.
The concierge team also accepts deliveries on your behalf. They provide an email alert before placing the package in the dedicated, locking closet adjacent to the front door of most Aventura residences. This closet is also where your outgoing laundry and dry cleaning is placed before being expertly cleaned and returned to you.
Aventura’s facilities management team keeps the building’s systems, its pool and related equipment running smoothly. Time permitting, they also help homeowners with basic maintenance items—like A/C filter changes and similar tasks—on request.
